1. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS

MyNet Universe / MyShoppingGenie *shares the Affiliate Income it receives with Independent Genie Distributors (IGDs) and Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs).

Affiliate income includes:

1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
2. Pay-Per-Sale (PPS)
3. Pay-Per-Offer (PPO)
4. Genie Daily Deals Value Voucher Sales

As an active Independent Genie Distributor (IGD) or active Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) you have the opportunity to give away unlimited free Genie Web Apps.

You earn Affiliate Income as the users of the free Web Apps you personally distribute use the Apps to price compare, or make online purchases, or select special offers, or click on advertising links.

NOTE: Pay-Per-Click (PPC) affiliate commissions may be earned even if a free user does not make a purchase.

You can earn PPC, PPS and PPO income from a select group of shopping comparison engines and special offer sites and through publishing and affiliate agreements established by partner companies of MyNet Universe / MyShoppingGenie.

The income from these agreements and features is not determined by the number of Genie Web Apps given away, but by the activity of the free Web Apps given away that are attached to the ID number/key of the Independent Genie Distributor and Registered Genie Distributor.

Genie Daily Deals Value Voucher Affiliate Commissions are paid two (2) distinct ways to the active Independent Genie Distributor (IGD) and the active Registered Genie Distributor (RGD).

1. 5% of the purchase price of each Genie Daily Deals Value Voucher purchase is paid to the IGD or RGD who personally distributed the free Web APP to the user making the purchase.
   
   
2. 5% on the purchase price of EVERY value voucher sold, company wide, is paid to the active Independent Genie Distributor (IGD) or active Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) who solicited the Value Voucher offer from a local, national or international business.

Affiliate commissions are calculated monthly and are scheduled to be posted on the last day of the second month following the month of activity.  For example September  Affiliate Commissions are posted on November 30.  October posted on December 31, November posted on January 31.

Affiliate Commissions are totally dependent on the usage of the free Genie Web APP and although there is no guarantee of income, there is also no limit to the amount of income Independent Genie Distributors (IGDs) and Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs) may earn from Affiliate Commissions.

NOTE: A Registered Representative (RR) cannot distribute the MyShoppingGenie Web APP and therefore  cannot receive Affiliate or Genie Daily Deals Value Voucher Affiliate commissions.  Registered Representatives may become a Registered Genie Distributor with the purchase of a Genie System ($189) through their online office.

*MyNet Universe / MyShoppingGenie shares a minimum of 50% of PPC, PPO, and PPS Affiliate Income with Independent Genie Distributors and Registered Genie Distributors.  ClickBank and the soon to be released Genie Daily Deals feature pays 100% of Affiliate income direct to Independent Genie Distributors and Registered Genie Distributors.

2. AFFILIATE OVERRIDE BONUSES

An **active Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) or an **active Registered Representative (RR) may qualify to earn a 15% Override Bonus of the Affiliate Commissions their personally sold Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs) and Independent Genie Distributors (IDGs) earn by giving away free Web Apps.

The 15% Override Bonus is paid on:

1. Pay Per Click (PPC)
2. Pay Per Offer (PPO)
3. Pay Per Sale (PPS)
4. Genie Daily Deals Value Vouchers Affiliate Commissions.

The purpose of the Affiliate Override Bonus is to give Registered Genie Distributors and Registered Representatives an incentive to help their personally sold/enrolled IGDs and RGDs create more customers, and to help those customers optimize their shopping and saving experiences.

An active Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) or an active Registered Representative (RR) may receive the 15% Affiliate Override Bonus by selling 2 Genie Systems in their first 72 hours as a Representative, or when they have sold 4 or more Genie Systems.

15% Affiliate Override Commissions are calculated monthly and are scheduled to be posted on the last day of the second month following the month of activity.  For example September  Affiliate Commissions are posted on November 30.  October posted on December 31, November posted on January 31.

15% Affiliate Override Commissions are totally dependent on the usage of the free Genie Web APP and although there is no guarantee of income, there is also no limit to the amount of income Independent Genie Distributors (IGDs) and Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs) may earn from 15% Affiliate Override Commissions.

**Active = The optional purchase of a Genie System at either $189 or included in $199 Registered Genie Distributorship activates your account for your first 30 days.  After your first 30 days the $34.95 per 30 day subscription/maintenance fee maintains the service and image storage for Branding, Business Profile Builder, Coupon Creator, the server requirement for all the Customer/User shopping queries, and the Rocket communication tool, and is required to maintain an active Distributorship.

3. GENIE SYSTEM SALES ($100 FAST START BONUSES)

An **active and ***qualified Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) earns USD $100 each time they personally sell 2 Genie Systems. 
There is not a deadline to accomplish the sale of 2 Genie Systems, nor is there a limit to the number of Genie Systems a Registered Genie Distributor may sell, and therefore there is not a limit to the number of $100 System Sales Bonuses that a Registered Genie Distributor may earn.

Genie System Sales are calculated weekly.

Genie System Sales Bonuses are only available to Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs) and Registered Representative, but Independent Genie Distributors (IGDs) may become a Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) at any time with the purchase from their online office of a discounted $10 Registered Representatives (RRs) enrollment.

1. **Active = The optional purchase of a Genie System at either $189 or included in $199 Registered Genie Distributorship activates your account for your first 30 days.  After your first 30 days the $34.95 per 30 day subscription/maintenance fee maintains the service and image storage for Branding, Business Profile Builder, Coupon Creator, the server requirement for all the Customer/User shopping queries, the Rocket communication tool and is required to maintain an active Distributorship.
   
   
2. ***Qualified = As an active Registered Genie Distributor (RGD), you are qualified as soon as you achieve a minimum of 5 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.  You maintain qualification with a minimum of 3 personal installs per 30 day period.  The maintenance minimum of 3 per 30 day period is waived once you have accumulated a total of 40.  Personal Free APP users may be your personally enrolled distributors/representatives or non distributors.

4. 12 N 12 BONUS POOL (TIME SENSITIVE)

Direct Sales companies usually offer “pools” to the very top income earners.  MyShoppingGenie has leveled the playing field by offering ALL new Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs) a time sensitive qualification to earn one RECURRING monthly share in the 12 N 12 Bonus Pool.

EVERY time anyone, in ANY country pays the $34.95 per 30 day maintenance subscription, $1 goes into the 12 N 12 Bonus Pool.

At the end of each calendar month the pool is divided up and paid out amongst those who have qualified for shares in the Pool.  The value of each share will fluctuate on a monthly basis and is dependent upon the number of qualified participants and the number of monthly maintenance subscriptions paid.

Qualify once and remain active and you benefit from your share month after month.

The value of the 12 N 12 Bonus Pool shares are calculated at the end of every calendar month and paid at the same time as the commissions for the week that coincides with the end of the calendar month.

The pool name 12 N 12 refers to the quickest way to qualify for the pool, by developing a TOTAL team of 12 distributors/representatives who have each purchased a Genie System (USD $189/$199) in your first 12 days of enrollment.  This is also referred to as becoming a Power Distributor in your first 12 days.

As a Power Distributor you have a minimum TOTAL of 12 active distributors/representatives in your group through the line of personal sponsorship who have each purchased a Genie System.

The total team of at least 12 must include a minimum of 4 personally sold active distributors/representatives who each purchase a Genie System.

With at least 1 personally sold active distributor/representative on your left team and at least 1 personally sold active distributor/representative on your right team with a Genie System each.

Plus a minimum of 10 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.

12 N 12 Bonus Pool Commissions are calculated monthly.

Note: 1 Share in the 12 N 12 Pool is released to those who achieve the rank of Global Power Distributor if they have not previously earned a share. 6 additional shares in the 12 N 12 Pool are earned as representatives reach the rank of Diamond Power Distributor.  Please see attached “Terminology and Ranks” for Global and Diamond Power Distributor qualifications.

The opportunity to qualify within 12 days for the 12 N 12 Bonus Pool is only available to Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs) but Independent Genie Distributors (IGDs) may become a Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) with the purchase from their online office of a discounted $10 enrollment.  Registered Representatives (RRs) may become a Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) by purchasing a Genie System (USD $189) from their online office.  If an Independent Genie Distributor or a Registered Representative becomes a Registered Genie Distributor and a Power Distributor in their first 12 days as a distributor/representative, they too may qualify for the 12 N 12 Bonus Pool.

While there is no guaranty that everyone will earn income, those who make sales and acquire customers/product users earn commissions. Any dollars quoted in any MNU literature is strictly for demonstration and instructional purposes, and are not intended to give an impression that any one person will earn that amount of money.

5. Dual Team Pay

As a new Representative or Distributor, your focus will be on personally dispensing free Web Apps and if you choose, optionally, on selling Genie Systems and building and supporting an organization of distributors and representatives.

The Dual Team Pay (DTP) commissions portion of the MyShoppingGenie Compensation plan is based on two teams also referred to as “legs”.    You will be placed in one of two legs, left or right.  (This part of the compensation plan is sometimes referred to as a binary.)  You will then be compensated based on successfully building two legs of your own.  Your sponsor (or anyone else above you in the Dual Team tree) may place people in your organization.

As your group begins to grow, as long as you are active, qualified and Dual Team Pay Qualified you are entitled to Dual Team Pay commissions based on the total Genie System sales and subscription/maintenance fees generated by ALL those who have been placed under you in the organization, even if they have been placed there by upline sales team members.

Dual Team Pay commissions may be earned from 3 sources:

1. The Dual Team Pay (DTP) structure will pay a cycle commission of USD $50 every time two Genie Systems (USD $189/$199) are sold in each of your Dual Team Pay legs. (2 in your left team and 2 in your right team.)
   
   
2. The Dual Team Pay (DTP) structure will pay a cycle commission of USD $10 every time two Monthly Subscriptions ($34.95) are paid in each of your Dual Team Pay legs. (2 in your left team and 2 in your right team.)
   
   
3. The Dual Team Pay (DTP) structure will pay a cycle commission of USD $10 every time two Affiliate Income Override “credits” are generated in each of your Dual Team Pay legs.  “Credits” are generated when a Registered Genie Distributor or a Registered Representative earns a 15% Affiliate Override Bonus. An additional 5% is credited to a Dual Team Pay account attached to the RGD/RR ID number. When the DTP account reaches USD $30, one Affiliate Income Override credit is issued.

Dual Team Pay (DTP) commissions are not based on levels but rather, on the total number of System sales, monthly subscriptions paid and Affiliate Income Override Credits.  The two team structure creates excitement and leverage by helping multiple team members benefit from each Genie System sale, monthly subscription and Affiliate Income Override Credit.

As long as the Registered Genie Distributor or Registered Representative remains active, Genie System Sales ($50 Cycles), Monthly Subscriptions ($10 Cycles) and Affiliate Override Credits ($10 Cycles) will accumulate and not be reset to zero.

Dual Team Pay commissions are calculated weekly and are the only part of the MyShoppingGenie Compensation that is capped at a maximum of $20,000 per week.

An active, qualified and Dual Team Pay Qualified:

• Registered Representative can earn up to $1,000 per week in DTP
• Registered Genie Distributor can earn up to $2,000 per week in DTP
• Power Distributor can earn up to $3,000 per week in DTP
• Power Distributor Builder can earn up to $5,000 per week in DTP
• Gold Power Distributor can earn up to $10,000 per week in DTP
• Global Power Distributor can earn up to $20,000 per week in DTP Diamond Power Distributor can earn up to $20,000 per week in DTP

NOTE: Please see attached “Terminology and Ranks” for complete details on the qualifications and ranks listed above.

Dual Team Pay Qualified = You are an active and qualified Registered Genie Distributor who has at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active Independent Genie Distributor (IGD) or Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) in your left team and at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active Independent Genie Distributor (IGD) or Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) in your right team.

Independent Genie Distributors (IGD) cannot sell Genie Systems and therefore cannot qualify for Dual Team Pay but they may become a Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) either at time of enrollment with the purchase of a $10 discounted Registered  Representative enrollment or by purchasing the same at any time through their online office.

Registered Representative Dual Team Qualified. The qualifications to receive Dual Team Pay commissions for Registered Representatives (RR) are unique to Registered Representatives and are NOT shared by any other ranks.  Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs) have a maintenance minimum of 3 personal web app installs per 30 day period to remain qualified and to accumulate Dual Team Pay sales credits and therefore do NOT have to continually sell Genie Systems to accumulate Dual Team Pay sales credits. However,  Registered Representatives (RRs) have not purchased a Genie System so cannot dispense free Genie APPs to be qualified. As a result, Registered Representatives (RRs) must sell a new Genie System each 30 day period to continue to accumulate Dual Team Pay (DTP) sales credits.  A Registered Representative can purchase a Genie System $189 (one time purchase) from their online office and will then be considered a Registered Genie Distributor.  As a Registered Genie Distributor the requirement to sell a new Genie System each month is waived.

6. GLOBAL POWER CHECK MATCH

To reward leaders in the field MyNet Universe / MyShoppingGenie created Check Match commissions.

As an active and qualified Global Power Distributor you earn a 20% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay commissions paid to all Representatives you personally sell/enroll, all the Representatives they sell/enroll, and so on down to, and including on the first qualified Global Power Distributor or Diamond Distributor in each line of personal sponsorship.

It is important to note that you receive 20% Check Match not only on the first qualified Global Power Distributors or Diamond Power Distributors in each of your lines of personal sponsorship but also on every Representative of a lesser rank between you and the first Global Power/Diamond Power in each line.

There are no limits to the number of Genie Systems you may personally sell, so no limit to the number of lines of personal sponsorship on which you can earn 20% Global Power Check Match.

Global Power Check Match commissions are calculated weekly and there are NO limits to how much an active and qualified Global Power Distributor can earn in 20% Check Match commissions.

A Global Power Distributor is active and qualified and has helped 4 personally sold/enrolled to become active and qualified ****Power Distributors, with a minimum of 8 others (12 total) who are active and qualified Power Distributors, through the line of personal sponsorship. You have at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active and qualified Power Distributor on your left team and at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active and qualified Power Distributor on your right team.  Plus a minimum of 20 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.

****As a Power Distributor you are active and qualified and have a minimum of 4 personally sold/enrolled active Registered Genie Distributors. At least 1 personally sold/enrolled active Registered Genie Distributor in your left team and at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active Registered Genie Distributor on your right team.  A minimum of 8 others (12 total) through the line of personal sponsorship who are active Registered Genie Distributors. Plus a minimum of 10 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.

7. DIAMOND CHECK MATCH

As an active and qualified Diamond Power Distributor you earn 10% to 30% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay commissions paid to all Representatives you personally sell/enroll, all the Representatives they sell/enroll, and so on down to, and including on the first qualified Global Power Distributor and Diamond Power Distributor in each line of personal sponsorship.

It is important to note that you receive 10% to 30% Check Match not only on the first qualified Global Power and Diamond Power Distributors in each of your lines of personal sponsorship but also on every Representative of a lesser rank in between you and the first Global Power/Diamond Power Distributor.

Example 1: In this example you are an active and qualified Diamond Power Distributor and have a line of personal sponsorship with a Global Power Distributor.  You earn a 30% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay of all Representatives through the line of personal sponsorship down to and including on the Global Power Distributor and 10% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay of all Representatives below the Global Power Distributor.

Example 2: In this example you are an active and qualified Diamond Power Distributor and have a line of personal sponsorship with a Diamond Power Distributor.  You earn a 30% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay of all Representatives through the line of personal sponsorship, down to and including on the Diamond Power Distributor.

Example 3: In this example you are an active and qualified Diamond Power Distributor and have a line of personal sponsorship that has a Global Power Distributor first, followed by a Diamond Power Distributor several levels below.  As a Diamond Power you earn a 30% Check Match of the Dual Team Pay commissions paid to all Representatives down to and including on the Global Power Distributor.  You also earn 10% Check Match on the Dual Team Pay of everyone below the Global Power Distributor, down to and including on the first Diamond Power Distributor in that line.

There are no limits to the number of Genie Systems you may personally sell, so no limit to the number of lines of personal sponsorship on which you can earn 10% to 30% Diamond Check Match.

Diamond Check Match commissions are calculated weekly and there are NO limits to how much an active and qualified Global Power Distributor can earn in 10% to 30% Check Match commissions.

A Diamond Power Distributor has helped 8 others through 8 separate lines of personal sponsorship become *****Global Power Distributors, with a minimum total of 16 active and qualified Global Power Distributors, with at least 1 active and qualified Global Power Distributor on your left team and at least 1 active and qualified Global Power Distributor on your right team.  Plus a minimum 40 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.

*****As a Global Power Distributor you have helped 4 personally sold/enrolled to become active and qualified Power Distributors, with a minimum of 8 others (12 total) who are active and qualified Power Distributors, through the line of personal sponsorship, with at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active and qualified Power Distributor on your left team and at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active and qualified Power Distributor on your right team.  Plus a minimum of 20 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.

8. AFFILIATE INCOME POOL

To reward field leaders MyNet Universe / MyShoppingGenie has developed a pool made up of 2% of company wide affiliate revenue.

2% of all revenue generated from around the world through Pay Per Click (PPC), Pay Per Offer (PPO), Pay Per Sales (PPS) and Genie Daily Deals Value Vouchers is divided up amongst active and qualified Global Power Distributors and Diamond Distributors at the end of each calendar month.

Upon achieving the rank of Global Power Distributor you will earn one (1) share in the pool and you will earn six (6) additional shares upon reaching the rank of Diamond Power Distributor.

Genie 2% Affiliate Income Pool commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid during the following calendar month.

9. DIAMOND WORLD WIDE REVENUE POOL

As a special reward for Diamond Power Distributors MyNet Universe / MyShoppingGenie shares 1% of gross world wide company sales exclusively with active and qualified Diamond Power Distributors.

As a Diamond Power Distributor you earn 1 share in the pool which is calculated and paid out monthly.

TERMINOLOGY

Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) = Purchase of a $189 Genie System plus discounted enrollment of $10 = $199.  No annual renewal fee. 

Independent Genie Distributor (IGD) = Purchase of a Genie System $189.  No annual renewal free.

Registered Representative (RR) = $19 enrollment fee and annual renewal fee of $19.

Active = Your account is active for your first 30 days if you purchase of a Genie System at either $189 or included in the $199 Registered Genie Distributorship.  After your first 30 days the $34.95 per 30 day subscription/maintenance fee maintains the service and image storage for Branding, Business Profile Builder, Coupon Creator, the server requirement for all the Customer/User shopping queries, the Rocket communication tool and is required to maintain an active Distributorship.

An IGD or RGD can reactivate their Genie Distributorship after it is inactive simply by renewing the $34.95 Monthly Subscription and meeting the minimum Customer/User requirements. 

Note: Customers/Users will continue to be able to use the branded Genie Web App of the IGD/RGD that originally distributed it to them with the IGD/RGD Brand displayed for one year after an IGD/RGD becomes inactive.

Qualified = As an Independent Genie Distributor (IGD) or a Registered Genie Distributor (RGD), you are qualified as soon as you achieve a minimum of 5 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.  You maintain qualification with a minimum of 3 personal installs per 30 day period.  The maintenance minimum of 3 per 30 day period is waived once you have accumulated a total of 40.  Personal Free APP users may be your personally enrolled distributors/representatives or non distributors/representatives.

Registered Representative Qualified. The qualifications to receive Dual Team Pay commissions for Registered Representatives (RR) are unique to Registered Representatives and are NOT shared by any other ranks.  Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs) have a maintenance minimum of 3 personal web app installs per 30 day period to remain qualified and to accumulate Dual Team Pay sales credits and therefore do NOT have to continually sell Genie Systems to accumulate Dual Team Pay sales credits. MYSHOPPINGGENIE GENIE RANKS & BENEFITS

Registered Representative (RR) may earn up to USD $1,000 per week in Dual Team Pay Commissions and Affiliate Override Bonuses, but cannot distribute the MyShoppingGenie Web APP and therefore  cannot receive Affiliate commissions.  Please note:  Registered Representatives have specific “active” and “qualification” requirements (see “Terminology”) that differ from those of Independent Genie Distributors (IGDs) and Registered Genie Distributors (RGDs).  Registered Representatives may become a Registered Genie Distributor with the purchase of a Genie System ($189) through their online office.

Independent Genie Distributor (IGD) who is active and qualified may earn unlimited Affiliate Commissions but may not enroll/sell Genie Systems and therefore may not participate in the other revenue streams of the MyShoppingGenie compensation plan.

Registered Genie Distributor (RGD) who is active and qualified, can earn unlimited Affiliate Commissions, unlimited 15% Affiliate Override commissions, unlimited Genie System Sales commissions, and if Dual Team Pay Qualified up to USD $2,000 per week in Dual Team Pay commissions.

Power Distributor = You are active and qualified with a minimum of 4 personally sold/enrolled active Registered Genie Distributors. At least 1 personally sold/enrolled active Registered Genie Distributor in your left team and at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active Registered Genie Distributor on your right team.  A minimum of 8 others (12 total) through the line of personal sponsorship who are active Registered Genie Distributors. Plus a minimum of 10 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.  A Power Distributor can qualify to earn unlimited Affiliate Commissions, Affiliate Override commissions, Genie System Sales, 12 N 12 Bonus Pool commissions and up to USD $3,000 per week in Dual Team Pay commissions.

Power Distributor Builder = You are active and qualified, with all the benefits listed above under Power Distributor.  You have a minimum of 1 personally sold/enrolled Power Distributor in each leg.  Plus a minimum of 10 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.  A Power Distributor Builder can earn up to USD $5,000 per week in Dual Team Pay commissions.

Gold Power Distributor = You are active and qualified, with all the benefits listed above under Power Distributor.  You have a minimum of 6 Power Distributors, 3 of which must be personally sold/enrolled. You have a minimum of 1 personally  sold/enrolled Power Distributor in each leg. Plus a minimum of 10 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.   A Gold Power Distributor can earn up to USD $10,000 per week in Dual Team Pay commissions.

Global Power Distributor = You are active and qualified, with all the benefits listed above under Power Distributor, and have helped 4 personally sold/enrolled to become active and qualified Power Distributors, with a minimum of 8 others (12 total) who are active and qualified Power Distributors, through the line of personal sponsorship, with at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active and qualified Power Distributor on your left team and at least 1 personally sold/enrolled active and qualified Power Distributor on your right team.  Plus a minimum of 20 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.  A Global Power Distributor can earn up to $20,000 per week in Dual Team Pay and unlimited 20% Check Match Bonuses.

Diamond Power Distributor = You are active and qualified, and have helped 8 through 8 separate lines of personal sponsorship become Global Power Distributors, with a minimum total of 16 active and qualified Global Power Distributors, with at least 1 active and qualified Global Power Distributor on your left team and at least 1 active and qualified Global Power Distributor on your right team.  Plus a minimum 40 free Genie APP installs with your personal ID number/key.  A Diamond Power Distributor can earn unlimited Affiliate Commissions, unlimited Affiliate Commission Overrides, has a total of  7 shares in the 12 N 12 Bonus Pool, a total of 7 Shares in the 2% Affiliate Income Pool, 1 share in the Diamond 1% World Wide Revenue Pool,  up to $20,000 per week in Dual Team Pay and unlimited 10% to 30% Check Match Bonuses.
