All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Customer Service must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return.

Return of initial order will cancel the Affiliate's activation and position in the Affiliate Compensation System. Any commissions paid to returnee during the first 30 days will be deducted from the return refund.

The Customer Service representative will instruct the returnee to fax the RMA to 972-726-9638 on the item being cancelled. The Affiliate or Customer's name, ID number, and a description of the product being returned should be included with the return.
